Provide technical leadership to the team and guidance to the Director of Engineering.
Lead and participate in reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide solution architecture design.
Develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance end user experiences for customers and employees.
Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, maintainability, testability, and efficiency) and quality of deliverables.
Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
Triage, resolve, and determine root cause of production issues. Form action plans to prevent or minimize impact of the same issue in the future.
5+ years of experience of full stack development using Django, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and modern UI frameworks (Vue, React, Angular, etc).
5+ years of experience with data structures and algorithms in an industry setting.
4 years of experience working in agile environment in an industry setting.
5+ years with Git workflow including pull requests.
3 years of experience in a technical role leading agile teams, setting technical direction, and building employee engagement.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
