What You'll Do
Understand the Retail industry business requirements
Create solution development plans & deliver against the schedules
Remove technical and/or process impediments
Provide technical mentorship to developers & Architects
Works closely with Project / Program management to carve out solution development/ delivery roll out plans
Actively participates in Customer workshops and brings in the blend of product & technical expertise
Manage talented pool of Developers and nurture them for Next Generation tech. challenges
Owns the Development schedules, quality and customer satisfaction for client’s Customer Accounts.
Participate in code reviews and own delivery quality.
Opportunity Sizing for both new Projects for existing accounts and/or new projects for new accounts
Ability to travel to customer locations
The Skills You'll Need
Solid development experience using C# and experience with .NET standard libraries – WPF, MFC, WinForms, WCF, COM Libs
Experience in leading development team in an Agile/SCRUM setup, with demonstrable skills in project/task estimation, delegation, and leading technical conversation
Very good with data structures, design patterns, object-oriented design and algorithms used in programming.
Experience with large scale data base management (SQL Server, nHibernate, Entity Framework)
Be resilient and curious: keep learning and growing.
Should possess good Listening skills, Planning, Motivating and Mentoring skills.
Should possess good Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Problem-solving skills, Strong work ethics and with Process improvement expertise
